Hey Wraakian, I can't comment on your insulin or other drugs as only on Metformin myself. Hope you get things sorted out. However, just seeing what you plan to eat today is Carb City - beans, sweet potatoe fries, peas, veg soup contain root vegs like carrots, parsnips, potatoes?? Please get yourself a Carb Counter book or go online and find a carb counter, so that you can begin to see that carbs are in loads of things that we may even think as "healthy" but for us diabetics, aren't!! It's a marathon and a ton of things to learn what works for us individually....some can tolerate more carbs than others, but with your numbers I would guess that you are too high in carbs to get the results you are looking for.....Blessings/L
