Haven't done it myself Shan but I assume you going into user control panel ( top right of screen)
edit profile, signature and copy and paste it into there.

Hi shan,

Have you been to the site and chose your weight ticker ?
When you have, it gives you a code, you add this to your signature and it gives you your ticker.

if your struggling, let me know and i'll talk you through it step by step
