I recently got a symlin(Amylin)pen to use in addition to my insulin pump. of course, I got a huge lecture on how to use it and what to be aware of; but I want to hear from the community about any personal experiences or unexpected results from using artificial Amylin. thanks

Are you in the UK? I didn't think Symlin was authorised for sale here?

Symlin isn't available in the UK. It wasn't licensed due t concerns about hypoglycaemia. There is currently a clinical trial going on relating to a DPP-4 inhibitor.
