I have lost 15kilos in a effort too get better control of my diabetes trying to lose 20 more but find now i am getting fake lows which i ignore but they make me feel really bad .Had the keto flue but managed that now what do i have to get rid of fake lows changed my monitor just in case it was reading high but it is not ..So my body is trying to con me i know it to go back to bad eating habits ..So anybody got a any advice on this need some useful info thanks ken type 2 diabetic since 1999
By thinking of it like a toddler who is screaming for something dangerous it shouldn't have.
You either stick firm and say no, and/or you distract it with something non-dangerous (a few nuts or a spoonful of full fat yogurt for example).
And you repeat ad infintum until it has learned (probably only a few weeks in the case of low carb lifestyle)
