How low do you go?

Thank you very much, I'm just getting used to cooking, baking will have to wait for wee while. Luckily I've never ate pasta so that's one I'm not missing he he
 

Yes, I'm definitely finding it a challenge that's for sure. I'm missing my fruit very much at the moment. I love apples, satsumas, pomegranates, all of which are high in either carbs or are very sweet.
 
I work for myself from home but that doesn't mean I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, usually, lol, apart from snacks - which, of course, I've mostly cut out.
