12 units of Levemir around eleven at night, I inject my 12 units of Levemir as one injection. This was the advice I was given at the Diabetes clinic, I have been injecting this amount at night for the last seven years. Works well for me so far.

Bolus: 2 to 4 units (if i eat carbs)
Basal: 12 units split (7u in morning n 5u before dinner)
