How much of an affect does tiredness have on Type 1?

Lack of sleep is associated to discomfort due to two frozen shoulders have had treatment with no success now waiting for capsular release on right shoulder following 2 hysrodilations and lots of physio . However from my perspective there is a correlation between poor sleep and Bms

I am an insomniac; I rarely get more than six hours sleep and often function on five. I've been like that since my early teens.

My blood sugars are relatively stable - around 4-7mmol/l during the day.

Reading this thread, if I ever decide to start getting 7-8 hours sleep per night, I better reduce my insulin or I'd crash!

(as an aside, needing low levels of sleep is really good when you need to check your daughter's bloods in the middle of the night!)

Early days then, best wishes your levels as quoted seem very good.
