How often are you high?

Hi I'm t1 and have not read under 10 in a year. I have multiple conditions one of which is sarcidodis, which doesn't help. I understand the frustration you and every one else feels. But everyone is different . I suffer feel depresion and recently had a break down which has been my turning point now I'm getting the right support. So good luck
