how often should you change the lancet in your finger pricker

As mentioned in numerous threads re changing lancets, I dial in a new lancet in my Multiclix lancing device every time I start a new tub of strips.

Never had any infections etc...
 
It is really important to realize that the lancet becomes really dull after 1 or 2 uses. Same for needles and syringes. I am not a saint I am also guilty of using lancets multiple times but never the pen needles.
