How to change user name?

Some help here please.
I have a user name that is easily public identifiable. Could it be changed please to something else? I have tried the personal message system to ask but it is not working.

Eddie, when you have posted 5 times you will be able to send PMs. Send a message to Giverny with your chosen new name and she will change it for you.
