How to gain weight with diabetic

I'm 35 years old men....i'm diabetic last 2 year .......i lost my muscle weight .......anybody here is the case like me......please give some suggestions .....thank you

Could you say a bit more so that others can help you? For instance what type of diabetes do you have? What medication do you take?
