They've forgotten the chromium, magnesium, Apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, berberine, fenugreek and I've taken them all at some time or another, not looking for a cure as such, but maybe an easing of the problem. Taking that lot would have you having a hypo, no problem. I have a theory, if people continue eating the amount of carbohydrate that they presently consume, it won't matter how many of these things you take, diabetes will be the end result. Why not just remove the cause. Just a theory.
