How to support teen with fear of lows

Thanks for the advice. I have been trying to get her to talk to other type 1s. She’s not up for it at the moment but I’ll keep encouraging her as know it will help
I never saw the need to talk to other T1s until ~5 years ago when I wanted to know whether others had specific guidance /experience with long distance/duration exercise. I'm glad I joined as I've learned quite a lot (mainly as my intro was many many years back and I think the guidance people receive nowadays is better - stuff like counting protein, which I'd never even thought about in 30-odd years).

Lurking (and searching) on this and the .org.uk forums might be a good approach.
