Type 1 How, what where. Going to be new in the UK

Somewhere this autumn my husband-to-be and I hope to move to England. I am the diabetic one and I use an insulin pump and Freestyle Libre.

I have many questions about all the practical things, like:
- is it possible to order your supplies online?
- how much do you pay for medical services?
- do you have a diabtical team consisting of: diabetical doctor (how is it called?), diabetcial nurse, foot doctor etc.?
- after how many years can you change your insulin pump?

And many, many more...

Hospital staff include endocrinologist (doctor) diabetes specialist nurse.

Freestyle libre can be ordered online but the sensors in the UK may not be compatible with a reader from elsewhere.
Pump supplies as I understand it are ordered direct from suppliers but coordinated through our health professionals.
I pay for medical services through National insurance so don't pay directly.
