Hi All,
Not a new diabetic, but it's taken me 14 months to pluck up the courage to type this! Not good at this community stuff.
Diagnosed with Type 2 last March, treated with Metformin, Simvastatin & Glimepride. Levels are now mostly under control, though I guess I still need to be a bit more disciplined about my diet. A lot of my old bad habits are creeping back and my weight has gone back up. Pretty confused about the food thing really.
Looking forward to browsing the site
