Humalog peak time?

I'm currently having the Libre trial and see my H'log peaking at 3 hours, obviously this could be carb related but am interested if anyone used Humalog for a long time and saw it's speed slow down?
 
am on humalog mix 25% am and 50 % pm and cna not say i have noticed any slow down of it
