I am on human m3 been on it for two months now my diabetes is better controlled then ever but a few concerns
My levels are always higher in the morning when I wake why?
What do I do if I have a cooked breakfast? Or if I have my mail meal at lunch time?

When you wake up, your brain tells your liver that you're on the move and it releases glucose to give you enough energy to function. This is often referred to as the dawn Phenomenon. This is the most likely reason.

Not sure what you're asking in the second question.

Well I'm asking what do I do regarding insulin dossage if For example I want a cooked breakfast instead of a light breakfast?
And if I want to have my main meal for lunch instead of dinner for example if I go out for a meal at lunch?

depending on how high you are. I would ask the nurse, she may want to increase your insulin.
I would also ask the nurse if a basal and a bolus insulin may give you more flexibility at meal time

I was on basal and bolts but couldn't get my diabetes nder controll

Speak with your DSN, they are the best people to advise you on adjusting your insulin doses, shame it didn't work out on basal/bolus, have you thought about using a pump, might be worth discussing this with your consultant.
