Humulin M3 insulin

hi i was on this humulin m3 insulin along time ago when i was on it i didn't get any lower leg pain or anything like that hope this helps

I don't remember getting any lower leg pain when I started Humilyn M3, which is probably about 13 years ago now.

According to this one of the side effects can be swelling of hands and feet. I suspect that might be related to low potassium levels. But I'm not an expert. I think all insulins seem to have this as a side effect, so one possible first step might be to look at ways to increase potassium in your diet. Tomatoes, and have potatoes have quite a lot. Potassium supplements, apparently, aren't a good idea.

It's probably worth talking to the doctor as well.
