hello, regarding weight loss, i've lost 3 and half stone, so I've realised a lot of ex bad habits. I used to have lots of sandwiches as I was too lazy to make proper food, but it don't take long to be a healthy eater, after all as a snack what preparation does an apple need? I'm also guessing that as a large family you have to be organised and probably run to routines. It surprises me the number of people who eat just coz it's mid day, then out of habit eat the same sort of amount day in day out. When I was in hospital (motorbike accident) I realised they were exercising portion control and learnt how important this is. I have found just from my experience that with the proper motivation weight loss hasn't been too hard.
