Hypo Alarms

Hi All My name is George I am new to the forum,I have been diabetic since 2000 but in march ths year I have been put on Insulin (Novamix 30) I am concerned about having a hypo through the night as I live on my own. I have seen an advert for a Hypoglycaemia Alarm in the Balance magazine I was wondering if anyone had any views on these alarms.
