After nearly 4 years and 9months on a pump I appear to have got my hypo awareness back. This afternoon I had a B/G of 4.2 and hypo signs,so I let it drop to 3.3 before treating and I was very aware of the signs,so here's hoping it will last, but only time will tell.

Congratulations @yingtong. Great news! (Typed as I'm sitting here at 3.9 having felt the symptoms and already treated on the way down).

Welcome back to the club.

That is great news @yingtong

Funny enough we were discussing if going on a pump would help restore your hypo awareness symptoms, well made up for you and long may they continue.

great to hear yingtong, it will be a relief for sure

Thanks all for the good wishes,I still run my B/G quite tight,I think it's a habit I can't shake off, much to the annoyance of my DSN,but I think if I can run my blood/glucose as near to a normal person as I possibly can,I hope to avoid complications.I guess I've do something right as I have been T1 54 years today and still going strong and long may it continue.

glad to hear your news !!
