Gardening hypo's are by far my worst nightmare, I can inject next to nothing and still have a carb feast but still go low

Gardening /hard labour does drop me temporally, but I soon have a dump bringing me back up, but mental effort is the real "melon twister" as my bod takes longer to recover by itself so carbs are my answer
