I was diagnosed on the 22nd march this year said:i was diagnosed on the 13th april this year so theres not much difference.i was confused too but then i started to feel some of the symptoms as mentioned above and i understood what it was.
I think we just have to get used to it and will soon be able to interpret how our body feels. But yeah sounds silly but just ry not to worry
