Hi, I'm quite new to all this and recognise hypos however I've just woke up really sweating like I get when my bloods are around 2, I tested and were only 3.8? Not that low to be sweating I think??
Well it's good that your body recognised your low bg and woke you up, it might be that your bg was lower whilst you were asleep and your liver compensated, which is why you woke up sweating.
If the hypo's are a common occurrence then you should cut back on your insulin doses, your diabetes team will advise going from your bg readings.
