My blood count has come down from 20/25 to 9.5 last month my tablets
metformin was increased two in morning and two at night.
Gliz was increased to 1 at night and 1 in morning.
My blood count gone down every week for the last 3 weeks
My b/c now is between 3.9 to 4.2. Not got appointment with diabetic nurse to 25/3.
Do I need too see nurse because I don't know if I'm having hypos.

a good blood level is between 4 and 7 anything below 4 is on the low side, so u'll need to eat something if it goes below 4, i'm type 1 and if mine goes below 4 i'll have a hypo, if your worried you should be able to phone your diabetic nurse for advice

Definitely see your nurse. As said above anything under 4 is too low. You might even be able to reduce your tablets
