why can't everyone get on........
okay --- so you are curently working on an I:C ratio of 1 to 14.1 carb for lunch meal141g of carbs, 10u for food, 1u for correction and I ate peas, chips and chicken nuggets.
It was only about 5 mins before.
Of course I do a BG test before eating. Currently my Libre overreads by about 2mmol/L, so I still finger prick at least 4 times a day. Even if the Libre was accurate, with how sensitive my sugars are, I don't think I'd use the Libre to bolus any time soon.

keep records -- try the same meal a few times in a row over a number of days
see what your history looks like and come back with a trend analysis ...................do you need to adjust ???/ or not ?????
( increase or decrease your bolus for that type of meal )
honestly -- I have done this sort of calculation for months / years -- to get to where I think I know what I am doing
most important thing is to be kind to yourself -- none of us are ever perfect -- we continually are doing modified trial and error ( with prior knowledge to assist margin of error )
hope this helps

Was that a KFC or home made (oven baked chicken and Chips? or real fried chips?) Just wondering how accurate that 141g of carbs is, could you explain how you came to that figure?
And what did you have to correct the hypo just after 8pm? how many carbs was that?
It was a 200ml carton of orange juice, 9g of carbs.
Sure of that? I know different OJs have different carb values, Tescos Everyday value 200ml carton is 18g carbs, so I'm just wondering about your other carb counting skills
9g per 100ml, and it's a 200ml carton ?
