Hi just wandering if any of you ladies out there suffer hypos during your monthly cycle?
I'm type1 now 28 years, just hypos are getting worse at that time of month. Thanks in advance
I can usually avoid the hypo's as I know to adjust my dose and keep a closer eye on my bg, but I need way less insulin than usually, starting a day or two before my period and going back to normal after 3 to 4 days. I was just last week wondering if birth control would help with this.
I use the FreeStyle Libre, which makes it a lot easier to spot changes before going high or low, which is a great help.
