I always find a problem with high protein = high FBG
Why ?
Personally, I think the high protein content needs longer than the hours to complete
I often have a blood glucose level between 4.9 to 5.3 yesterday I broke the rule and ate some lamb at night maybe 100 grams and the result was FBG 6.6.
Is there any other explanation?
