Hello everyone this is my first time to join on online forum.
I was diagnosed as having a pre diabetes but that was a year or two ago. I joined here to let me learn what some other diabetic people survive. I stopped monitoring anymore my sugar level because it was no use for me. I didn't have medications being maintained.

God Bless All,

Nathaniel

Hi Nathaniel and welcome to the forum Being pre-diabetic, if you look after yourself well, you may be able to stave off full diabetes. Diet is the most important way of doing this. Exercise too is very important. It might not be a bad idea to test occasionally, especially after eating carby foods, to see if you can eat them without increasing your blood sugars too much. Here is some information written by the Forum Monitors for new members, and, even though you are not fully diabetic, I think you will find some of this advice useful. Have a good look round and ask as many questions as you like.
