I am a diet controlled diabetic but am having high blood glucose earlier when came back from shopping my bg level was 23.4 i couldnt belive how has it got this high can cleaning bump up blood sugar ive also just had watery (diorhhea too sorry)
Its not anything ive eaten dont think am going to docs thursday so will tell him but why the high blood glucose it has been high for a while my last A1c was 7.00 i do feel reaaly tired thirsty going to loo a not to wee with dry skin ect and have no energy to do anything ect what do i do to sort this out help please.
