Thank @Goonergal, still kind of hard to believe and haven't gotten the other results of the labs yet. I really want to see those cholesterol # too

First thing I did was clean out my cupboards and 'fridge. Then went grocery shopping and kept thinking if I don't have it I can't eat it. Bought good meats, good fats, and low glycemic vegies. That was the start for me. Well, the start was sharing with people here about my diagnosis, and how scared I was.
