I cured my diabetes so anybody can

Interesting that you did a lower carb, but still ate what you liked without counting calories.
I'm into my 5th year, I don't carb count, I seem to be quite good after a very aggressive weight loss, so possibly there may be a difference in approaches
It will be very interesting to see how results on low calorie, rapid weight loss stack up when we all compare notes in the next decade.

It's also interesting that medical opinion is starting to move on 'dead beta cells' as well.

You have got it under control but it as not cured..................

There seem to be a lot of doctors on this thread, from the number of diagnosis being handed out.
And most seem to be so certain, maybe I should be seeing mine over the internet, without them knowing anything about me?

Was qualified - he's dead. Yes, I do dare to criticise, I will criticise anyone that says Cancer will cure itself if left alone.
I don't see anyone lining up to confirm his theories, probably because if they followed them, they'd be dead.

Did you have a look at the website? I made sure I had a good read of it before I commented - and that is why I say he's a quack.

What would have to be true for a stranger to wholeheartedly resist the idea that you had cured / reversed (whatever) your diabetes?

Reminds me of something completely irrelevant. Recently in the town where I live a restoration team descended on an historic canal lock. Ivy had grown all around the frame, so the first thing they did was to cut away all of the growth exposing the original wood. Just a matter of hours into it's freedom, having been liberated from the terrible infestation, the wooden lock tilted to one side and began the slow process of falling over.

I know a few places if you fancy a real pita kebab.
Spent a lot of time in Cyprus had a few delicious Kebabs there.

I have to say though I find the arcane beliefs of Ayurvedic medicine.some what, to the modern mind ridiculous. I also thought that about aroma therapy until I learnt that molecules from the fumes of essential oils can be detected in the blood and that it is purportedly possible to kill a cat with Tea-tree oil I tend to be less sceptical than I used to be.

Saw it this morning. Looked like a pop up, but I closed it down immediately, it happened when I was coming onto this site. Going to clear cache etc.

I may be trying Ayurvedic medicine soon....I'll let you know how I get on with it.

1 teaspoon Amla powder in the morning empty stomach.
I'm really interested in this supplement - I started trying a new supplement that is meant to help with reflux. Turns out this is the major ingredient (plus a much smaller dose of licorice). After starting it, I began getting surprisingly low BG (3.8 being the lowest measurement taken).

I didn't make the connection at first - I stopped taking it because it also gave me the same symptoms that both metformin and berberine gave me (gastritis pain) but didn't really make the connection as at around the same time I started trying another supplement for BG control that has quite a variety of ingredients. However, with today being the first day without taking the amla (phyllanthus emblica) while still taking the other BG supplement, my BG is much more like I'm used to.

So more experimenting with the amla supplement coming up.

There is classic episode of Rising Damp in which Phillp (played by Don Warrington ) tricks Rigsby into believing he has some tribal love wood that will help Rigsby seduce Miss Jones.

Are you sure it is a cookie? I clear my cache every day with C Cleaner,

Well, cookies are always the place to start. This has been raised again with Admin this morning, but being the weekend, we may not see too much action before Monday.

@Diabetes easycure You lost 34-35lbs give or take. Power to you. That your T2DM isn't there at the moment great!

I've personally lost 58lbs and still no remission. I am still not as skinny as I was when I was twenty but my BMI is in the 23-24 range. I have good control but still have T2DM. Not everyone is as fortunate as yourself. What erks me more than anything is the Endocrinologists that fight insulin resistance with metformin and glipzide. Here in the US they want us sick. Most just become sicker and sicker given time..

Dr Jason Fung has some good ideas they are worth reading www.tinyurl.com/Dr-JasonFung

Most importantly @Diabetes easycure keep up the good fight for friends who are pre-diabetic or carrying too much weight. Your knowledge is important to other's lives. Share that and everyone will end up winning..

Can we kill this off now before it turns nasty? and before it wastes anymore time.

And is this the thread that maybe started the destroyer pop ups problem? Did anyone have any problems before the time of the start of this thread?
