Don't worry about where you come from or that your English is not too good. I couldn't speak your language!
We are all in the same situation here in having diabetes or being a carer so we all have to learn how to deal with it. Everyone is different and reacts differently to medication and foods.
If you need more help give us as much information as you can then someone may be able to say what worked for them in the same situation. We are not doctors and can only speak from experience, but that is often enough to help.
