I need to download a program to connect to my clinic but i cant remember what?

When I was a clinic today they wanted me to download program onto my computer where they can see my readings - I think for my pump but could have been blood sugars. I have the clinic code but I didn't write down the name of the program and I cant remember. Can anyone help if they use it. Thanks.
