Just back from the DN, and doing a happy dance in the corner, my Ac! equivalent is 51. Not really changed much, just kept plodding on with what I was doing, but it shows that my Ac1's were being affected by my "dodgy" blood (I've got an above average blood blood cell count) and getting a fructosamine instead it dropped by the equivalent of 29 points in 6 months. Now to make some sustainable tweeks to drop those last few points and maybe even start reducing some of my meds
