Hello, I use the Tee 2+ monitor and it comes with an app called SmartLog which I’ve been using for over a year. I got a bit concerned having all my data not backed up so this morning, I set up an I-Sens account online and performed a sync from the app to the online account.
since then all my readings on the app have a ? Instead of the reading. They are ok on the online one though.
has anyone had this before? What did you do to fix this? I like having my readings on my app too.
I’ve emailed the Europe address for i-sens but wondered if anyone on here had this happen before?
