I suspect a liver dump

Was 6.6 before breakfast this morning 7.30, and after walking the dog did 1.5 hours in the garden - some quite heavy work. At 11am up to 11.8. Breakfast was Coyo with cream and cinnamon. 2g carb, 24 fat, 2 protein. Should I have eaten more carbs?

Thanks. Now down to 9.3. Should I adjust my lunch plans? Any idea how I can avoid this in future?
