You stopped in the middle of exercise. Your liver should/would have sorted your out - you just took it by surprise with the carbs and the exercise. So yes you drove your bloods low. I do it on purpose but it doesnt really last that long for me any longer and only about to the level you went to and no lower. I find my arms go cold and then all of a sudden my arms and hands go nice and warm. The more you do it the more your body gets used to it and the earlier it reacts and you do not tend to go quite as low.

I always find that the best thing for me is to just keep pushing through it and your body reacts quicker than stopping. However, I did used to like to see just how low I could get it
