IBS SYMPTOMS??

Hi i have ibs and it is flaring up alot the past few days and i dont know why! is nausea a symptom as i have just had a attack or whatever you call it and i feel so sick and have just had to go to the toilet! Blood's are fine it is 8! And i have had plenty of water i hate this!

Ah Thank you I did wonder but I werent too sure....must add that one to my list grrrr lol
