I have joined this forum yesterday and i was very glad to see the responses and the contribution of the diabetic patients and the people who are concern about diabetes. i woud feel very happy to contribute little to this forum. i found this on one website so am sharing it with one and all.

Total Calories per day 1500 k. Cal
Carbohydrates per day 200 Grms
Proteins per day 125 Grms
Fats per day 20 Grms
hI what web site did you get that from - being curious?
was it based on your weight now or what it should be as it doesnt make sense - an average woman would need more cals than that and the fat is way to low - let me know and i'll have a look at the site . I looked at one early this week and what ever I put in it kept coming up with the same amount of carbs for me - I ma not diabetic - I am a dietitian
