I expect it won't show you anything, unless you suddenly started eating very high carb meals. With a hba1c of 36 on low carb you're not likely to have such extreme spikes the machine would notice you might have diabetes.
I do expect it might catch some undiagnosed diabetics though, a bit like a urine test, which is useful in itself
But once they're diagnosed they'll likely have to start either a meter or a glucose sensor.
Still, once they work out how to measure BG in steps of say 3 or even 4 mmol/l I can see how this would be very useful to many diabetics!
