Welcome
@Cait 2
Over time our bodies get used to the high levels of blood sugar, so when those levels improve it can feel a little strange until we get used to the new levels.
It's important not to treat a false hypo, because giving in to it and having something to raise your levels will just mean that it takes longer for you to acclimatise.
False hypos are not dangerous, just uncomfortable, but do keep checking because I believe Hypoglycaemia is listed as a rare but possible side effect of Victoza.[/QUOT
Thank you, catinahat. What time period does it usually take to adjust?
