Drink plenty of water! As well as taking insulin, it's important to stay hydrated to help deal with ketones. Continue testing ketones and blood sugars. It may be hard to distinguish between illness and symptoms of DKA, but watch out for the following: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, fruity smelling breath, rapid breathing. If in doubt, err on the side of caution and get to hospital.
Don't turn off your pump, this could accelerate DKA. For hypo treatments, could you have some water with sugar in it? Or juice? I find it easier to drink hypo treatments than eat them in general, I'm guessing this would be particularly true when you are ill. Good luck, get well soon
