I'm confused nd not sure if I'm doing it wrong.

Since lowering carbs I've had much less sweet cravings and I'm lots more fuller over a longer period. I'm a little confused as to my macros.

I'm in a slight calorie deficit and eat mainly lean beef, pork and chicken. My carbs are usually 100 or less, fat is around 50-80g but protein is about 120 - 150g. Saturates about 17 - 30g.

I think my protein should be less but not sure how I'd keep it lower while keep fat up.
 
Why would you want to lower your intake of protein, and why lean meats?
