Six and a half years with my pump and I tentatively asked about a replacement this morning; I've had a few problems with the battery dropping power very quickly and there is a tiny crack in the plastic over the reservoir plastic. I was a bit reluctant to ask, it's harder I think when you are living in another country and know you are taking out more than you ever put in.
Result was , I'll get one sometime next week . A new Veo, I have so many reservoirs in stock I would have felt even more guilty about choosing a different make.
What the happy dance is about though is that I'm also going to get a contour link meter so I can consign my BGstar pump to an early grave. I've only had it 9 months and I hate it (too many errors and tests that are wildly different when repeated ; still within legal limits but....... ) I thought I was stuck with it for another 3 years
