And so close to christmas with a young toddler too .
Keep to the sick day rules as much as is possible for you .
Not easy I know - rest up and keep eye on both your BG levels and keytones .
Eat lite and plain things like scrambled egg or couple of crackers .
When you start to feel like a nibble again.
However, if you get/feel worse do use your NHS as it really is better to be safer
than sorry later.
Ask any questions you need or if unsure of things.
Hope you start to feel better 'SOON' ...
Cant be easy for you, with a young toddler to care for currently.
