Got my latest results today.
Hba1c was 8.2, now 6.7!!!!
Total Chol was4.7, now 4.2
LDL was 2.8, now 2.2
HDL stayed at 1.1
Trig was 3.2, now 2.1
Im so happy, I just had to share it with everybody. If I can do it, so can you!!
The only bad thing was I've put on 2 kilos but Im not so mobile any more.
