I'm taking myself to hospital

I have orange juice and then honey toast (bread with honey once I'm above 5). If I don't get above 5 I simply panic
 
I should add that if my libre says I'm in the 4's I generally do a finger prick to confirm. That libre graph I posted is pretty much spot on compared to countour next
