OK, I'm not low carb... I estimate I eat 200g+ of carbs a day, which seems to be about 5x more than most people on here! I have a sedentary job but over compensate by having a hectic exercise regime involving running, weight based training, circuits, cycling etc. most days for 1 to 2 hours. My basal is lantus, 10 units at night, fasting blood sugar is always around 5 so I think that's OK. & I bolus 1 unit per 10g carbs mostly although I think this may need adjusting depending on my exercise as I currently eat more to compensate instead
