Yes I try not to fall into the trap of lack of vitamins because I concentrate on eating a variety of vegetables and lentils but in a small and varied amount
You can imagine that I ate peaches of peaches a week for every meal I took a quarter of a pill

Might be worth checking with a dietician to make sure you have covered everything ? e.g. Vitamin C, omega-3 and -6 fatty acids etc etc.
When we vary our diet our bodys can rebel a little but if you make sure that your main meal of the day is sufficient in bulk and in nutrients then all should be good. Be wary, though, of ignoring your hunger for too long.
